The Consulting Services are as follows:

1). Overview of Business

A thorough questionnaire about the current business practices is filled out by the business owner. This questionnaire is reviewed along with 2 years of financials.

Recommendations based on the information that has been provided will be written and submitted.

2). Complete Business Review and Analysis

A marketing plan will be developed from analysis of the principles and management, a review of the financials, cash flows, operating procedures, purchasing practices, pricing structure, equipment maintenance, human resources, compliance issues. This plan also includes analyzing the competitorxs position and public relations activities. After interviewing employees, goals will be set. Finally, a detailed report with complete analysis and action plans will be produced and submitted. The mentoring program which is a guided implementation of the action plans follows next. It is optional but highly recommended.

3). Complete Business Review and Analysis PLUS Mentoring/Coaching Program

This program only applies after the complete business review and analysis has been completed. The business consultant will:

• Be available off-site for any questions
• Spend one day at the office
• Visit company every 6 months
• Make recommendations
• Offer updated action plans for improvements
